ONLINE TICKET SALES REGULATIONS

§1. General provisions
1. These regulations ("Regulations") define the rules for the sale of tickets for events organized at the facility. Manor House by the Forest, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.

2. The ticket seller is:
MANOR AT THE FOREST LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
with its registered office in Zimnodół (32-300 Zimnodół, ul. Zimnodół 96A), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register
at the number KRS 0000808759, NIP: 6751715487, REGON: 384620570, with a share capital of 5,000 PLN.

4. Tickets are sold exclusively via the website:

5. The Regulations are available free of charge on the Seller's website and can be downloaded, saved or printed by the Buyer at any time.
§2. Definitions

1. Seller / Organizer – DWOREK PRZY LESI Sp. z o. o.

2. Buyer / Participant – a natural person who purchases a ticket for an event organized by the Seller.

3. Event – party, concert, tasting, ball, meeting or other event organized at the Dworek Przy Lesie facility.

4. Ticket – a document (electronic or paper) entitling you to participate in a given event.

§3. Rules of sale
1. Tickets are sold exclusively online via the Seller's website.
2. Tickets may be personal or anonymous – information about the nature of the ticket will be provided when purchasing it.
3. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
4. Ticket prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all taxes.
5. Payments can be made via the Przelewy24 system, using an online transfer, payment card or BLIK.
6. After making the payment, the Buyer will receive confirmation of purchase and a ticket in electronic form to the e-mail address provided.
§4. Cancellation and rescheduling of events
1. If the Organizer cancels the event, the Buyer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
2. In the event of a change in the date of the event, the Buyer has the right to:
a) accept the new date, or
b) withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
3. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Buyer.
§5. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding ticket purchases should be submitted to the following e-mail address: manager@dworekprzylesie.com.pl.

2. The complaint should include name, surname, e-mail address, order number and description of the problem.

3. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

§6. Conditions of participation in the event

1. Admission to the events is for only for adults.

2. The participant may be required to present a valid ID document upon entry.
3. It is prohibited to bring the following items into the event area:
  • weapons and dangerous objects,
  • narcotic or psychotropic substances.
4. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
5. The participant is obliged to follow the safety rules, staff instructions and order regulations in force on the premises.
§7. Personal data protection (GDPR)

1. The personal data administrator is DWOREK PRZY LESI Sp. z o. o.

2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of ticket sales, payment processing and ensuring contact with the Buyer.

3. Data may be transferred to entities handling online payments (Przelewy24) and entities technically supporting sales.

4. The Buyer has the right to access his or her data, correct it, request its deletion or limit its processing.
5. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract, and then for the period required by law.

6. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided Privacy Policy available on the Seller's website.

§8. Withdrawal from the contract

1. Pursuant to Article 38, point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Buyer there is no right to withdraw from the contract regarding services related to entertainment events, if the contract indicates a specific day or period of its implementation.

2. The above does not apply to situations in which the event was canceled by the Organizer or the date was changed – in such cases, a refund is possible in accordance with §4.
§9. Final provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations.
2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. The Regulations come into force on the date of their publication on the Seller's website.
