§1. General provisions

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of Users using the website. https://dworekprzylesie.com.pl and online ticket sales.

2. The personal data controller is:

§2. Scope of collected data
The Administrator may process the following personal data:
  • name and surname (in the case of personal tickets),
  • email address,
  • phone number,
  • payment data (e.g. transaction number, payment ID),
  • IP address and technical data of the device (for statistical purposes).
§3. Purposes and basis of data processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
1. Execution of online ticket sales – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR (performance of the contract).

2. Payment processing – Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR (performance of the contract and the legitimate interest of the Controller).

3. Contacting the User in matters related to the order – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR.
4. Fulfillment of legal obligations – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
5. Pursuing and defending claims – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
6. Marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter) – only with the User's consent, Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR.
§4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be transferred:
  • payment operator Przelewy24,
  • companies providing IT and hosting services,
  • entities providing legal or accounting services to the Administrator. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
§5. Data storage period
1. Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to execute the ticket sales contract and for tax and accounting obligations.

2. Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until it is withdrawn.

§6. Rights of data subjects
Every User has the right to:
  • access to your data,
  • rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,
  • data transfer,
  • objection to processing,
  • withdrawal of consent,
  • filing a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
