Terms of use of the website of the manor house near the forest

§1. General provisions

1. These regulations ("Regulations") define the rules for using the website available at: https://dworekprzylesie.com.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Party".

2. The owner and administrator of the Website is:
MANOR AT THE FOREST LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
with its registered office in Zimnodół (32-300 Zimnodół, ul. Zimnodół 96A),
entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register at the number KRS 0000808759, NIP: 6751715487, REGON: 384620570, with a share capital of 5,000 PLN.

§2. Scope of services
1. The website allows you to:
  • getting to know the offer of Dworek Przy Lesie,
  • obtaining information about organized events,
  • purchase of tickets online (according to the rules specified in separate Ticket Sales Regulations),
  • contacting the Administrator via the contact form or contact details.
2. Use of the Website is free of charge.
3. Purchasing tickets and participating in events may require acceptance of additional regulations or terms.
§3. Technical conditions for using the Website
1. To use the Website, you must:
  • a device with Internet access,
  • an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge),
